1. Agreement
By accessing SierraVora’s website and courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and keeping credentials secure.
3. Course access and license
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access purchased courses for personal or authorized team use. You may not resell, share outside your organization, or reverse engineer platform features.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Taxes may apply. Unless stated otherwise, self-paced courses may be refunded within 7 days if under 20% progress. Live sessions are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled start.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not disrupt the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
- Use training responsibly and only when conditions are safe to attempt extinguishment.
6. Safety disclaimer
Training does not guarantee outcomes in real emergencies. Always prioritize life safety: alert others, call emergency services, and evacuate when appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
All content is owned by SierraVora or licensed to us. Trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission.
8. Third-party services
We may link to or integrate third-party services subject to their terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SierraVora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Updates are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
